Action Team and GDS
Action Team
The Action Team was created as a way to help elderly and disabled members of the Ponca City community. Through a connection with the city government we are able to provide physical labor for those who need to bring their properties up to code but are unable to do so because of physical limitations. This is not all the Action Team does, but it is the main purpose.
Great Day of Service
GDS is an annual event in Ponca City that brings together dozens of churches and hundreds of volunteers across the city. One Sunday a year we go out into the community and provide physical labor for those who may not be able to afford it or accomplish it themselves. On Great Day of Service we do everything from raking leaves to tearing down buildings.
Great Day of Service for 2022 will take place on Sunday, March 20th. If you would like to be part of the EHCC team to serve that day, please contact Austin Callahan(Youth Pastor).
